TICAL (ITC and Quality solutions) is a professional society and its mission is support changing management process, organizational learning and quality teaching through virtual tools.
Change management process, methodology that promotes acquisition of new practices and/or management systems (ISO, management through competencies, introduction to technologies, business innovation processes, among others) reducing risks of implementation by means of combination of communicational and training actions.
Organizational learning, collaborative methodologies and tools that allow internal communication, instruments validation and standardization methods and good practices exchange. The initiatives align the organization around strategic objectives and allow intern brand placement.
Quality teaching inside the organization through training needs detection, curricular design, development of modular b-learning and institution staff constant performance evaluation. This training can be done from curricular design competencies.
